Purpose limitation
Information collected on the website is intended for defined business purposes such as responding to demo requests, understanding marketing performance, and improving the website experience. MangoPOS should not process form data for unrelated purposes without a clear operational reason.
Minimal collection
The lead forms are designed to capture practical contact and attribution data only: who the lead is, how to respond, and which page or campaign generated the enquiry. This supports both follow-up and marketing accountability without collecting unnecessary sensitive information.
Security and access
Lead information is stored in a database and may be sent by notification email to the MangoPOS team. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be maintained so only authorised users can access that data.
Transparency
Visitors should be able to understand that submitting a form results in their details being stored and used for sales follow-up. The privacy policy and this POPIA page exist to make that process clearer.
Correction or deletion requests
If a person wants their website enquiry information corrected or removed, they can contact MangoPOS directly and provide enough identifying detail for the record to be located and actioned responsibly.
